There will be immidiate results and fast learnings from all the planned actions.

It will be between 3 - 6 - 12 months or perhaps even longer, before you see the real long term value.

Do we need to work closely together or can it also be done remote?

Today you can manage many of the key business practices remotely, but nothing will replace the effect of direct human interaction.

I would always recommend having personal sessions to kickstart the partnering and to ensure that we are on the “same page” - especially in the cases, where I will represent your core values.

If you have come to the conclusion you need guidance and professional assistance you have already come closer to the solution. But surely moving an elephant not interested in being moved is a different task, than guiding a hungry and motivated team.

Will you be open to travel?

I have worked almost all around the world and move both easily and happily in different settings and cultures. I love to travel.

It takes time to learn new ways of doing business and to change habits - the more your allocate, the futher we will get and the better the results.

Often I can teach you how to do it, I can prepare and engage with the right network, but you as the business owner will have to take the shoot, when the windue of oppertunity is open.

I prefer working with a fixed package with 5 - 10 or 20 days. But because Rome was not build in one day and because the more you practice the luckier you get.
