For more than 10 years the peak of the industry has been at Bornholm late june for days of friendly culinary battle.

Started by the Marschall brothers as a cooking competition for chef organized by chefs.

Today more than 10.000 guests visits the Gudhjem harbour on game day and the weekend around it brings network and key players from the industry to the Island of Bornholm.
