Would you buy what you sell?

Being in sales for more than 20 years i have encountered a few different type of salespersons.

Several equipped with a magical switch by which, the smile, the acting and attitude flips 180 degrees. The sale was just a kill and then on to the next target.

I have never found my personal switch, nor looked for it.

I could never present a portfolio, could I not honestly say:

"I have it at home"

"This is my personal favorite"

and mean it.

The first time your wrist masters the perfect 90g scoop of Haagen Dazs ice cream, you will smile and even more, when you kick back to enjoy that spoonful of Belgian Chocolate. I have served quite a few and enjoyed so to.  Changed my perception of ice cream forever.

The experience of presenting some of most iconic designs of the industrial age by some of the best architects and through some of the best design stores world wide.

The Cylinda Line designed by Arne Jacobsen for Stelton is unmatched. Back then also made in Denmark by unparalleled craftsmen, shaping stainless steel like butter. Still my teapot, ice bucket, cocktail shaker, martini mixer, ashtray, serving tray and tongs of choice.

The heavy hitter of the concrete Flight Deck Square dinning table by Morten Voss - not really to get around, to get rid of or get tired of - still my personal dinning table - now with patina and MY marks.

The Krenit bowls from Normann Copenhagen shows that the creation a brilliant man like Herbert Krenchel and his pen some 50 years ago still can move people world wide and shows that a bowl, is not just a bowl.

For the untrained eye, some of the above might seem to come with a heavy price tag or you might have seen a similar thing at a lower price. Don't be fooled - only the original stand the test of time and the original if often priceless.

Since 2011 I have been matched a product you can sell, without having to say a single word. When you have had your FIRST FIX of LAKRIDS by Johan Bülow, you will know why this is our preferred method of marketing.
